At 14, he decided to become a chef! He entered the Hotel School of Cagliari, followed many internships, alternated the winter and summer seasons in the most well-known restaurants with great chefs who shared their passion for this job . He has been on Swiss grounds since 2010 and he considers Geneva as his second home. After working at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues’ “Il Lago” restaurant, he joined Francesco Gasbarro at the “Osteria de La Bottega”. He is now in charge of the young team of this restaurant in the old town of Geneva: La Bottega. His cuisine celebrates traditional Italian recipes while revisiting them in his own way. There is originality in the display, exquisite in the flavors and happiness in discovering the dishes of chef Ibba.
